Transmute экспортирует закладки из одного браузера в другой, поэтому разбираться с их настройками не придется. С помощью Transmute закладки передаются из одной версии Firefox в другую (поддерживается как 2, так и 3), в Internet Explorer, Google Chrome и Opera. Нужно лишь выбрать исходный и целевой браузеры, и программа автоматически определит расположение закладок в каждом из них. А затем нажать на кнопку Export. При необходимости, Transmute переименует целевую папку и добавит к названию временную метку, что пригодится при создании резервных копий. Текущий архив закладок можно пополнить или вовсе заменить его импортируемым содержимым. Transmute сохраняет исходную структуру экспортируемых папок.
